Taste of Kinnaur
The Tasteof Kinnaur
Taste the land, value the hands
High in the Himalayas, where mountains rise above ancient villages and orchards grow along steep valleys, Kinnaur has a taste of its own.
The appleis only thebeginning.
Every fruit carries something of the place it comes from — the altitude, the climate, the soil, the orchard, and the hands that cared for it.
This is why we call it The Taste of Kinnaur.

The harvest
Not simplyan apple.
- A taste of the mountains.
- A taste of the orchards.
- A taste of Kinnaur.
Two varieties come off our terraces at Rakchham, both sold the same way: a five kilogram box, picked, graded and sent by the people who grew it.
Grown, picked and packed at 3,100 m in Rakchham, Kinnaur.

A year’s work,in one box.
From our mountains, with care.
